Flpit was born in Melbourne out of a simple frustration: watching great venues lose their edge to something as small as a missed hand signal. We set out to build a device that felt less like "tech" and more like a natural part of the tabletop — something elegant enough for fine dining, yet practical enough for a packed Friday night bar. What started as a Melbourne pilot with local restaurants has grown into a product trusted by hundreds of venues, and we're now shipping across Australia, Europe, the US, and Asia. We're a small, hospitality-obsessed team that believes better service shouldn't come at the cost of atmosphere — and flpit is our answer to that.
